I Am Haunted By Us Everywhere I Turn: Walking Through the Anthropocene

We are leaving an indelible mark on the planet. This series of six prints explores humankind’s impression on our natural surroundings. Can we elevate society to a higher state to solve today’s existential challenges?

I took the photos in these prints while walking the shores of Maine at low tide. Despite the remoteness of the location, human artifacts were everywhere. Each print also contains my meditations about how we have arrived here. 

I created each print using a hand-pulled screen printing technique that utilizes a four-color process (CMYK) with spot color overlays.
