Women You Thought You Knew; A Trilogy

The entire trilogy of  Women You Thought You Knew” had a week’s run at IATI Theatre for Women’s History Month 2017. It was a major task as the director and as one of the cast members to run from one rehearsal to another, particularly while facing a major health issue.  But when the curtain went up it had truly been my greatest accomplishment. Each play had four performances, with the run totaling 12 performances.  One of the plays, “Silk Stockings and a Bible” went on as an immersive experience with a one night performance in Harlem at Ginny’s Supper Club with a live band.  I am extremely grateful to The Puffin Foundation for helping make my dream come true.
