A tribute from ALBA/VALB. Perry created the ALBA/Puffin Award for Human Rights Activism. A dedicated Puffin endowment supports this $100,000 prize given annually to a champion of human rights activism.
“A quiet giant.” That’s how Perry Rosenstein is described in this beautiful tribute video. Perry’s philanthropy was largely behind the scenes, but has supported some of the most prominent progressive journalists and activists of our time. His commitment to equity and justice lives on in their work, and in the ongoing work of the Puffin Foundation.
