Rural Women Unseen

Rural women are marginalized just as women every where may be marginalized. I painted women in their own rural landscape of Taos, New Mexico and Chiapas, Mexico, with their pets, farm animals and agriculture. Womens contribution to rural economy is unappreciated. These paintings are memories of their place in this land.
